The 17th China International Industrial Textiles and Nonwovens Exhibition (CINTE24) has been held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from September 19th to 21st, 2024. Zhejiang Anshun Prttechs Fibre Co., Ltd. The 17th China International Industrial Textiles and Nonwovens Exhibition (CINTE24) focuses on the theme of "green, smart, and integrated", showcasing the latest innovative achievements and green sustainable development technologies in the industrial textiles and non-woven industry, promoting international exchange and cooperation in the industry.
Our exhibition theme revolves around the central idea of developing environmentally friendly products, increasing the application ratio of natural fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, and carrying out certification work for biodegradable non-woven fabrics and products, as proposed in the "Guiding Opinions on High Quality Development of Industrial Textile Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission. Key launch of our company's ECO-AN® biodegradable fibers, dope dyed coloring fibers, fluorine free water repellent fibers and OLIGOTEX® Low melting point polyester staple fibers and other environmentally friendly fibers.

Dope Dyed Coloring Fiber
By adding color masterbatch to the polyester polymer, the color fastness is higher. At the same time, it eliminates the downstream dyeing process, reduces wastewater and carbon dioxide emissions, and compared with conventional polyester fibers:
- The use of original liquid coloring technology can save water consumption by 89%, energy consumption by 63%, chemical usage by 63%, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 62% and COD emissions by 67%.
- There is no printing and dyeing process, and colored fibers are directly produced from the original solution during the spinning process, avoiding the problem of wastewater generated in traditional printing and dyeing processes. It is a highly promising green fiber.
- Harmless to the human body, the coloring agent used for pre spinning coloring does not contain prohibited structures or harmful ingredients, is environmentally friendly, and will not cause harm to the human body.
